This policy applies to the private backup tool "rclone-aoc-moss-m3" (the "App"), operated by Petrus Saputra, Chemicy Gaming (CV Esports Gear Indonesia), Malang, Indonesia ("the operator"). Contact: abaz.sanmar1@gmail.com. The App's home page is this site.
The App is an internal, single-user tool. It is not offered to the public, has no registration and no other users. It runs on a server owned by the operator and uses the open-source software rclone to copy the operator's own backup files to the operator's own Google Drive account.
When the operator signs in with their own Google account, the App requests one scope: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file. This allows the App to see and manage only the files and folders that the App itself has created in Google Drive. The App does not access any other file in the account, and does not access Gmail, Contacts, Calendar, Photos or any other Google service. The App may also read the Drive storage quota (used and free space) to confirm that the connection works and that there is room for new backups.
The App uses this access only to (a) upload backup archives and database copies, (b) list and verify the backup files it created, (c) delete its own backup files when they are older than the retention period, and (d) where needed, read the storage quota. It is not used for any other purpose.
We do not sell, rent, share or transfer Google user data to any third party. We do not use it for advertising. No person other than the operator reads this data. It is not used to develop, improve or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models. The App's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
The backup files remain in the operator's own Google Drive and are protected by that account's Google security settings. The OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored only on the operator's own server, in a configuration file with restricted permissions that only the operator's user account can read. Tokens and Google user data are not sent to any server controlled by anyone else.
Backups are kept on a rolling schedule and older backups are deleted automatically. The operator can delete any file from Google Drive at any time, and deleting the stored tokens on the server ends the App's access immediately.
Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions by selecting "rclone-aoc-moss-m3" and choosing "Delete all connections".
The App is an internal server tool and is not directed to children.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this address with a new "Last updated" date.

Aplikasi ini adalah alat backup pribadi milik Petrus Saputra, dipakai hanya oleh pemiliknya untuk menyalin file backup sistem miliknya sendiri ke Google Drive miliknya sendiri. Aplikasi hanya meminta akses ke file yang dibuatnya sendiri (scope drive.file), tidak membagikan data ke pihak lain, tidak menjualnya, dan tidak memakainya untuk melatih AI. Akses dapat dicabut kapan saja lewat pengaturan akun Google.
